Regular maintenance is a must to prevent premature failure of thermal installations and to guarantee their availability. This is usually carried out during an annual or bi-annual maintenance outage. During such an outage, a very large number of activities take place which must be carefully coordinated. Everything needs to be exactly right. Test & inspection services
Changes in the mechanical load on installations may occur as a result of changed processes. This not only has impact on piping, but also on suspensions, control points and connections of equipment. As a result, changes may occur in the positions of spring hangers, in the loads on piping, suspensions and / or supports, insulation etc. Minor changes can therefore have far-reaching consequences, which in turn can lead to failure if not handled properly.

Outage management
Because the availability of thermal installations is often critical, the balance between availability and the costs for planned maintenance needs to be optimal.
During maintenance outages, as a rule many activities occur at the same time. These include boiler maintenance, inspections, maintenance of flue gas cleaning equipment and E-filters, revisions of rotating equipment, testing of E&I equipment, etc. Safety during the execution of the maintenance work is of course paramount.
