Inspecting and recording of piping in and around boilers
Pipe Hanger Inspection and advice to avoid unplanned shutdowns
It’s important to inspect internal and external piping in and around boiler systems in time.
To share our experience to your mechanical process infrastructure, unplanned shutdowns can be minimized and any normal maintenance can be scheduled.
As a result of a changed litigation and/or the use of your plant in production, there may be changes in the mechanical process.
Such as behavioral changes in pipes, with suspension, steering and connections points of equipment, resulting in changes in the positions of spring hangers, permissible loads in pipes, suspension or supports, condition of insulation, etc.
We also pay attention to the environment in which the pipe is located, because it is very important for the overall assessment.

On October 25th 2010 Twence BV Afval has been proclaimed by OSHA Europe (www.OSHA.europa.eu) as the winner of the ‘Good Practices Competition’ with the submission of an innovative and safe scaffolding structure.This is a hanging construction, which is designed, calculated, fabricated and built by HiLux5.
The whole is determined statically under all stressful situations.
We are proud that we, in cooperation with Twence and the scaffold builder have made a relevant contribution to the safety. This construction more than pays back itself by a significantly shorter turnaround time for the building and removing the construction and the scaffolds.
Now our design is applied in several waste to energy plants. The concept is also very suitable for use in other boilers and situations on site, which with some regularity temporarily must be reachable, as shapes and hoppers.

Omrin Harlingen: Construction Management
On behalf of Omrin HiLux5 is doing the project management of the construction activities and LOT's for the building and commissioning of a Power Plant in Harlingen. The construction of this power plant is at present the largest building activity in Friesland (region of Holland).
The first incineration is a fact!
