HiLux5 BV is an independent, international operating, project support organization. The basis of this venture originates from 2005 and since then, we have grown prosperously. Based on an extensive knowledge of and experience with Power plants, we support our clients with engineering, construction and maintenance on boiler installations, furnaces and auxiliary equipment.

Together with our passion for our work, this results into an efficient way of successful preparation, implementation and realization of your project.

ad 1. HiLux5 Engineering (basic and detail):

  • Pressure parts;
  • Steel constructions warm and cold (expansion);
  • Casings;
  • Insulation;
  • Refractory;
  • Scaffolding (design, (counter) calculations);
  • Compensators;
  • Flue gas valves and channels.

    • Our Engineering Department works with the latest software such as SCIA and SolidWorks. Thus they are able to create visualizations of the solutions we develop.
    One of our spearhead activities is our design for a safe scaffolding support structure.
    The initial version that we have made for Twence BV in Hengelo is awarded by OSHA with a first price. Ever since,  we have supplied most of the WTE-plants in the Netherlands with these safe structures, customized engineered in line with this philosophy.

    During operation often disruptive incidents occur that requires further investigation. Unexpected interruption of operations is a very expensive matter. It is therefore recommended that your installation is inspected on a regular basis, so defects will be detected in an early stage and timely corrective actions can be taken.
